A crane must not be used to convey material over any public road reserve or other public land unless a Type B hoarding is in place and an appropriate approval for the use of the crane has been obtained from Council. The use of cranes, hoists and / or concrete pumps shall not be placed upon any public road reserve or other public land without the prior approval of Council.
