Pacific Motorway upgrades at Springwood! We’ve recently laid 2,500 tonnes of bridge decking units to construct a new veloway bridge and northbound traffic ramp on the Watland Street and Sports Drive program of works. We’ve now installed 112 bridge deck units over 8 nights, which will help to improve the capacity and safety of both north and southbound lanes on the M1.  This upgrade is part of a rolling program of upgrades between the Gateway and Logan Motorways.  It focuses on widening the Pacific Motorway’s southbound lanes from the Rochedale Road off-ramp (Exit 19) to Logan Road, and northbound motorway lanes from the Watland Street overpass to the existing Sports Drive on-ramp. This project is being delivered as part of the Pacific Motorway, Eight Mile Plains to Daisy Hill Upgrade (Stage 2). Stage 2 comprises upgrades to eight kilometres of the M1 and will be constructed in four separate packages. Hit the link for more https://fal.cn/3lhjx
